The Big Lake School district has an opportunity to save $25 million or more of taxpayers’ money in interest fees on their capital loan by 2024 by paying off the loan by June of this year, thanks to the 2011 Omnibus Education Bill.
Minnesotans interested in participating in the political process will have the opportunity to attend their local precinct caucuses beginning at 7 p.m. Tue., Feb. 7.
