OBITUARY - Chun Cha Kim

Chun Cha Kim, age 84 of Minneapolis, passed away on Friday, December 6, 2013.  Private interment will be at Bailey Station Cemetery of Big Lake.  Funeral arrangements are with the Peterson-Grimsmo Chapel of Monticello. 

Chun Cha was born June 6, 1929, in Seoul, South Korea.  She came to Minnesota in October of 1991, and became a U.S. citizen in July of 2007.  She enjoyed visiting with neighbors and friends.

Mrs. Kim is survived by her daughter Sunok (Jim) Danner of Big Lake, MN; daughter Soonhe Kim of South Korea; and son Tawood Kim of South Korea.

CITY LEADERSHIP. Maddie Zinken will represent the BLHS Student Council as liaison to the Big Lake City Council. She will also represent Big Lake and the Big Lake Ambassador Program at the Aquatennial in Minneapolis as one of 42 contestants with a shot at being named Queen of the Lakes.
